Hi, I’m Barb Betts. I’m a keynote speaker, CEO, and relationship strategist and I’ve spent the last 23+ years building businesses and leading high-performing teams.

And here’s the part that matters most: I didn’t build my success with ads, cold outreach, or chasing people down. I built a seven-figure business for more than a decade through authentic, trust-based relationships. That real-world experience is the foundation of everything I teach today.

I’ve also spent over a decade in leadership within the largest trade association in North America, working at the local, state, and national level to champion advocacy, professional development, and meaningful industry change.
