It's Time To Get Serious...

We’re going to get a little bit serious this weekend because 2023 is coming up fast. October is almost over, Halloween is only one week away… That means, we’re already halfway through the 4th Quarter.

And I’ll be honest, if you haven’t started planning for not only January of 2023, BUT MARCH of 2023 - you’re late to the game.

Right now, our market IS slowing down - from Florida, to California, Agents across the country are feeling the effects of this new market.

Gone are the days of the past few years, where you could stick a sign in the front yard and have multiple offers (over asking!) by the time you walk back inside.

People are no longer choosing to work with the first agent who contacts them. They’re researching, doing their homework and taking the time to find the right person for the job.

Nothing is as certain as it was even a year ago.

But what I am 100% sure of, is that no matter what the next 6 to 12 months bring - if you’re prepared with systems, organization, and a few tools and tricks up your sleeves - you WILL be okay. Your business WILL be okay.

Your livelihood WILL be okay.

But that won’t happen unless you start planning now.
