I am currently getting unpacked from my week in the desert at the C.A.R Winter Meetings – and getting ready to host one of my favorite events of the year… GALENTINE’S DAY!

But before I get all mushy on you and spread my Valentine’s Day cheer – I want to share a little bit more about my week in Indian Wells!

It was a GREAT, PRODUCTIVE and FUN week filled with so much hard work – and even more hard working people.

And that’s exactly what I want to share with you!

As I was surrounded by some of the most truly significant, inspirational and dedicated REALTORS® this week – I was reminded just how powerful authenticity is in our Industry.

You know when it comes to working with clients – I’m the Relationship girl.

Our Industry is a referral based industry. And those come from creating connections and building relationships.

But behind the scenes? Our Industry is still about the PEOPLE in it!

It’s all about YOU. And who YOU are.

The number is constantly in fluctuation, but according to recent reports there are over 1.5 Million Members of the National Association or REALTORS®.

And with that number – it can be overwhelming to think about how YOU can show up as who you, and stand out from the crowd.

But at the end of the day, it’s all about forming a human connection with your clients and showing off what makes you, uniquely you.

Whether it’s your passion for volunteering, and then educating your Clients on what exactly your volunteer-work does for them.

Or your love for staging and interior design…

Or even your brilliant mind when it comes to things like refinancing or knowledge of programs – There are SO many different avenues in our Industry that you can embrace, and share with people to help you form real and meaningful connections.

So, my challenge to you today is to take a moment to reflect on what sets YOU apart from other Agents in your area – and start incorporating that into your daily life, marketing strategies and conversations with clients.

By embracing your unique value and showing up authentically, you will not only stand out in the sea of competition, but you will also foster deeper relationships and a more fulfilling career.

Our Industry can be tough.

It’s known for it’s glitz and glamor at times… “Top Producer” Awards and cheesy IG Posts…

But guess what, by remembering the power of authenticity and truly believing in the VALUE that we bring to the table – we can help ourselves stay motivated and inspired to continue showing up every day and helping people achieve their real estate goals – while also achieving our own.
