The past two weeks have FLOWN BY! Truthfully, the past few MONTHS have flown by!
It has been a whirlwind of finishing up my travel for the year, speaking to and training agents across the country, sharing my upcoming Academy and somehow trying to get ready for the Holidays!
But truly the highlight of the past month has been being able to speak to not only all of the Agents who have been coming to my Workshops (which, ps! I just added two more dates into my schedule, so if you haven’t attended yet, scroll down to register!) – but the incredible Agents in my own brokerage.
Last week, my co-owner (and husband!) and I took all of our Agents, staff members and both of our amazing Coaches down to San Diego for an overnight of building, planning, strategizing and bonding.
Usually, we would call this our annual Retreat… but this year has been all about mindset. So we decided to switch it up a little bit and call it our Annual LAUNCH.
Because we aren’t retreating in 2023! We’re launching into it.
And after last weekend, we are ready to take on anything next year throw our way.

We got into the nitty gritty of what our businesses look like, both individually and together as a Brokerage. We pulled out our books, wrote down our honest numbers from previous years and built our goals our for next year.
And then we synergized on exactly what we needed to do in order to achieve them.
Because friends, a goal without a plan is just a wish.
And yes, while we had an absolute blast together (Imagine a beautiful dinner followed by an 80’s dance party back in our hotel room) – we also had very honest conversations with ourselves about the state of our Industry and what we needed to do next year in order to make it through whatever the market has coming for us.
This is not the climate we were in a couple of years ago. Heck, this isn’t even the climate we were in at the beginning of this year.
And the hard truth is if you are not prepared, with strict intentions set and game plans for lead generation, follow ups and marketing? It’s going to be a very tough year.
2023 is almost here. And if I know you like I think I do, I know you’re here for the long haul. You are the kind of Real Estate Professional this industry NEEDS. You are the Agent, Lender, Broker etc. your Clients NEED.
And we all need to be looking out for each other now, more than ever.
Because at the end of the day, our relationships with people – our relationships with EACH OTHER, are what make Real Estate great.
This profession can be tough. But guess what? We can be even tougher.
