Things are starting to get real for REALTORS® across the country in today’s market. From clocking in at 80 to 100 hours a week, writing 20 offers just to get shut down, and not feeling fairly compensated for the amount of stress this position comes with… the burnout is real, and it doesn’t look like it’s going away anytime soon. So how can we cope and move forward in our businesses? I’m sitting down with my good friend, Leigh Brown, to talk about what we can do as Real Estate professionals to combat the 2022 Market fatigue.
