Are you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and discouraged with this market? Guess what friend, it’s okay, so am I!
You are likely feeling a lot of pressure in this current market. Pressure to generate leads for your business, pressure to find buyers homes (in a market that has gone back to multiple offers, and craziness again), and pressure to show up for your priorities in life (family, health, friends), the list goes on and on and on.
I GET IT!
It’s no secret that this real estate business is not for the faint of heart, and the road to success can be a rocky one. But please know that you are not alone in feeling overwhelmed – it’s a common feeling that many agents and frankly anyone in business is facing.
I want to encourage you to take a step back and remember why you started your business in the first place.
You had a vision, a passion, a purpose that drove you to take that leap of faith and start your business.
It’s important to hold onto that sense of purpose and use it as your compass to guide you through the tough times.
I also want to remind you that it’s okay to ask for help.
You don’t have to do everything alone, and there are resources available to support you.
Maybe you need help! And help not always in what we all navigate to thinking (a full time assistant)!
Maybe you need some help at home, you know hiring that housekeeper you’ve always dreamed of?
Maybe you need to subscribe to one of them many awesome meal prep companies that exist out there!!
Maybe it’s time to invest in a virtual assistant to help you navigate the tasks that are falling behind.
Maybe it’s time to join an awesome supportive Mastermind Group that can help you connect and learn from others, including me
Or, Maybe you just need to expand your circle of supporters, of people you can lean on for advice, support and encouragement!
As we all deal with this market, I want to remind you to celebrate your wins, no matter how small they may seem. Running a business is a marathon, not a sprint, and it’s important to acknowledge and appreciate the progress you’re making along the way. Take the time to reflect on your accomplishments, and use them as fuel to keep pushing forward.
You are a strong, capable, and resilient business owner, and I have no doubt that you will overcome any obstacle that comes your way.
Keep fighting, keep pushing, and know that you’ve got this.
And I am your hype girl over here cheering you on along the way!
